Soap fans were left on the edge of their seats in the dramatic series finale of the 12th Series of Ros na Rún when crook O’Dowd met an untimely end after falling off the cliff while walking with his pregnant young wife Ríona. But is the dangerous crook really dead or has the gangster come up with a clever way to skip bail and avoid a lengthy prison sentence for his drug dealing activity?         

Meanwhile Ríona worries that she and her new husband O’Dowd will go to jail for drug dealing if Tina’s evidence against them holds up in court! While O’Dowd does his best to reassure Ríona that everything will work out he is terrified that his criminal activity has ruined his relationship with Ríona, the thing he holds most precious.
